O.S Thai Visa has been extremely helpful and professional in dealing with my 30 day tourist visa extenstion. I went on my own once to Promenada in order to extend my tourist visa for 30 days. It was in the middle of December during high season and I spent 6 hours at immigration before receiving my extenstion. After that experience I decided to try OS Thai visa for my next 30 day extension and I was amazed at how fast and easy OS Thai Visa was able to do this for me. They did all my paperwork, photos, submitted my paperwork and drove me to Promenada when it was time to pick up. We spent a total of 5 minutes at immigration and then we were finished.

The staff at OS Thai Visa are friendly, professional, very easy to communicate with, and speak English at a very high level. Khun Pom is very friendly, fun to talk to, and speaks English exceptionally well. I highly recommend their service to anyone that is going to be dealing with visas in Thailand. If you are a foreigner living in Chiang Mai you have a visa, and that means you must check in with Thai immigration at certain times every year. You can go yourself and do the paper work and wait for hours to finally get an appointment, but why would you do that when you can have a true professional do all the work for you at a very reasonable fee?
